The UKB round bar bending tool guides the round bar via two freely rotating, ball-bearing rollers. This virtually eliminates sliding friction and protects the material surface. Pressure marks and material deformation are significantly reduced. The 3-point guiding system, adapted to the respective round bar diameter, also ensures precise workpiece guidance, high repeatability and clean bending contours – even in demanding applications. |

| The roller system allows for quick changes between round bar diameters of Ø6, Ø8, Ø10 and Ø12. The rollers can be replaced in just a few simple steps, reducing setup times and increasing cost efficiency. |  |
Optionally, the UKB round bar bending tool is available with a lateral stop. This provides a precise reference point for already bent workpieces and reliably prevents the round bar from twisting during successive bends. |  |
